If you're wondering how to increase your profits in Two Point Museum then we've got some great tips for you!

Finances

Firstly let's check out the finance screen.

Sponsorship

Click on the sponsorship tab within the finances screen and check out the sponsorship options, unless you're in serious financial difficulty you'll usually have a couple of options.

In the screenshot below we have a sponsored plushies stand which can be added to your gift shop, as well as having a guaranteed income of $1093, every time a guest views the stand you'll get an addition $108 and don't forget the profits from the sales as well! Which soon adds up.

The 2nd option is a large advertising board you can put anywhere in your museum a guaranteed $1625 and an additional $264 every time a guest views the board you'll be raking in the cash!

Prices

Still within the finances menu it's easy to forget you can adjust the prices at any time. Typically I'm aiming for "Fair Value" which means the guests are comfortable with the price, so if you see anything saying "Good Value" whack up the prices, every time you up the price it will change to "Unknown Value" simply wait a few minutes for a few customers to pay the new price and check back to ensure you have a good balance on the prices.

Loans

We haven't mentioned Loans, typically we would say don't touch loans with a barge pole but if you're impatient for something and you can easily afford the repayments then you may consider it.

Staff

Staff are by far your biggest expense, do you really need them all? In times of crisis it might be worth getting rid of a few, remember the longer you have staff the more experience they get which will help your museum run more smoothly but they will want bigger wages, it's unethical of course but you could sack some of those high earners and replace them with some junior members, Elon would be proud.

From the staff button in the bottom menu bar, click on the pay review tab and then sort by salary and get sacking.

From time to time you'll receive an e-mail offering the chance to display a sponsored exhibit, these usually offer good money, just make sure you've got a security guard / camera's on the object as the owners will want them back!
